IGLOW Fellowship Rules and Regulations

Welcome to the IGLOW Fellowship! We’re excited to have you on board for this transformative journey in data science and related technologies. To ensure a smooth and enriching experience for all participants, please take note of the following rules and regulations:

1. Acceptance Deadline (Week 1-2):

• By the end of Week 2, all scholarship recipients must accept their invite to join the program. Failure to do so within seven days (two weeks) will result in rejection of the invite.

2. Active Participation Timeline (Week 1-4)

• By Week 4, all learners are expected to have accepted the invite and begun accumulating XPs (experience points) by engaging in activities on Datacamp Learn.
• If a participant takes more than 4 weeks (1month) to earn XP, they will receive a warning and may be subject to removal and replacement (earning an XP means completing a new task/course and getting points)

• Within the first two months, all scholarship recipients must complete at least one course on Datacamp.
• Participants who have not completed a course by this time will receive a check-in or warning direct message to address any personal challenges they may be facing.

3. Removal of Inactive Users:

• By the end of Month 3, any recipient who has not completed at least one course after accepting the invitation will be removed and replaced.
• Failure to use the platform for one month may result in a warning, and three months of inactivity may lead to removal from the program.

4. Acceptance Conditions:

By accepting the scholarship, you agree that the information provided in your application is true, and

• You acknowledge that your license may be revoked if you fail to use it throughout the month or comply with the regulations outlined here.
• Failure to use the account for one month attain minimum XP points may result in license revocation to support those in need.
